We recently received a lot of Webhook error notifications with error 502, and it seems that they have been deactivated for our app as a result (Recomatic recommendation app). As suggested by the Shopify team, we have implemented a
processing queue for speeding up the response delay and prevent this from happening again. But with Webhooks deactivated we have no way to test it. Is there a delay before the Webhook traffic is resumed?
