Hi, shogi fans,

We have completed an English translation of Chapter 1 of "Lectures on
the Latest Strategies" (最新戦法の話; saishin senpou no hanashi), which is a
great shogi literature written by professional player Kiyokaza
Katsumata.
It discusses many up-to-date theory of recent new strategies of shogi.

The translation project is being held on Shogipedia.

When I checked this (as far as it was possible to do so) last year, the answer was no - which is a pity...

Agreed! 81 Square Universe 'died' last year; 81 Dojo Forum seems to be the
victim of concentrated attacks by spammers; ShogiHub, shogi.net and anything
other shog-related sites I can find do not seem to be very active.

My best 'advice' is to stick to reading Shogi-L That's certainly my plan...
