this is just a reminder that the deadline for the Early Bird discount at
this years ESC / WOSC is approaching.
To take advantage of the reduced rates, you must register and pay the
registration fee by May 31st, 2026. For later payments, the regular
rates apply.

this is just a reminder that the deadline for ordering meals at this years ESC / WOSC is approaching; it is July 19th for both lunch and the Saturday Evening Dinner!

 

Please complete the payment for the lunch and dinner options you selected by July 19th, 2026. Bookings not paid by this date will be cancelled. Cash payments for the lunch and dinner options at the check-in will not be possible!

I already paid the evening dinner.

I don't remember i f I ordered meals for lunch time during my registration though.

I did send a payment for three lunch meals (Friday-Saturday-Sunday) right now.

I hope I did it the right way.
