Why is shogi so shy

Why is the world of shogi so shy.I want you, all to get up
please.Let's get up for spreading shogi in the world.Every one in this
world must have heard once at less about Shogi.
Since a long time im trying to take contact with international
federation of shogi,unfortunately, all my last mails, since about 2
months are unanswered.
I want everyone to have a bigmeeting to plan shogi promotion in this
world,to be more initiative.We can't only wait for international
competition of shogi to discuss about our passion.Please consider this
proposition,we must discuss about the planning of promotion of
shogi.thanks all

In Europe we are not shy, and we are pretty proud of what we are
doing. We have active players, people spreading shogi in national
events (related to games or Japanes culture), shogi clubs, National
Federations, and a western international Federation, the FESA.
