I am writing from the Japan Foundation, Japan's principal agency for the promotion of Japanese culture.

As part of the Japan Foundation Touring Film Programme 2026 that will be running from February through to the end of March, we will be screening a gripping film about shogi, The Final Piece, and thought this may be of interest to you.

Topic of the movie (shogi) associated with Ken Watanabe sounds very promising !

Unfortunately, it looks like that the movie will be broadcasted only in the UK. 

Any info about other countries (France... ;-) ), or about online streaming opportunity ?
