Dear Shanghai No. 1 TMC members,

    Time flies , our club is walking through the 13th years of its life journey. It锟斤拷s really not a short period, we move forward step by step to push our club go further and further. Each of our member dedicates a lot of energy and passion and I really appreciated for your effort and contribution. Undoubtedly, I believe most of you must have something to say to our Mom club-Shanghai No.1.

    I锟斤拷d suggest each of us use 20-30 seconds length video to express the words you want to say to our club. Those precious videos records will be kept in our club and  probably be used for our important events in future. Please ensure to send me your feedback by the end of this Friday-Jul.20.

    Meanwhile, I believe most of you must have noticed that we recorded your speech and other performance videos in our regular meetings started from this July. Those videos will do great help for you to review and improve your communication and presentation skills. You can retrieve these fragments from our SAA-Roy Zhang. If you don't want get them back, we also promise you that we would not open to public without your permission.

     Last but not least important, to arouse the morale of our members, we will announce some rewards in our future sessions. For eg., who is most effective speech makers in a month? Who is the best role takers in our meetings etc? Also a kind reminder for each role takers, don锟斤拷t forget to bring your CL manuel and let the GE to evaluate your performance since it锟斤拷s an important criteria to get your CL recognition.
