AIX下如何跟踪某个进程

在两台AIX上分别部署了Nagios监控，客户端是用NRPE的方式与服务器进行数据交互的。
问题是一台AIX上，nrpe进程总是运行若干天后异常退出，系统日志没有任何记录；而另一台则没有任何问题。
所以相问下各位，AIX平台下有没有可以一直跟踪某个进程，将其生命周期内的所有系统调用、信号等记录并保存下来的方法或工具？
