SMS to Google Voice?

Hello there,
I'm trying to centralize many of my nonpersonal SMS/phone contacts via
Google Voice, and I thought Shizzow would be a great way to test this
out. However, I have tried a few times to send an SMS confirmation to
my Google Voice number, to no avail. I've (ironically) googled quite
a bit, and found no specific issue about this, including searching
this group as well as Zeep Mobile's. I assume this should Just Work,
but perhaps that's my error.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
