Can we get some more detail on the twitter friend list import?

Does it make every twitter friend with the same username as a shizzow
user, a shizzow friend?

If i press okay for OAUTH, does that mean my shouts will be tweeted (i
dont want that, but i do want to see the friend thing in action).

I should probably add text on the existing Twitter page to make this more clear.  Once you register, you will now see this page, which spells the details out pretty clearly:
