Uploading user avatar via API

Hey Shizzow,

I'm working on an app called Avatari to update a user's avatar on various online sites. I'd like to support Shizzow in Avatari but I don't see an API call for updating the avatar. Is there such a call, perhaps undocumented? If not, please take this as a request to add it to the API.

We don't currently have an API call for uploading avatars. I will add
your request into our ticket tracking system, and we should be able to
hop on this shortly.
