Dear SHIWA support, Noam,

I cannot login to SSP at the moment (authentication failed), I believe it is related to your recent upgrade. Do I need to create a new account from scratch or will my old account be restored during the upgrade?

Dear Vladimir,
The installation process of the new portal is underway, and the portal accounts will be migrated on completion of the installation process.

As per the SHIWA User Forum posting on Thursday 8th January by Hannu, workflows which were stored in the SHIWA Simulation Portal will no longer be reachable, and as such users were advised to export any workflows they wish to keep, to the SHIWA Repository - such that they can be imported into the new portal on release.

If you have not done so, please contact myself wei...@wmin.ac.uk ASAP, so that I can arrange extraction of the workflows from the old portal.

Should you wish to use the new SHIWA portal, before the user accounts have been created, you may create your own user account.

If you experience any difficulties in submitting any workflows, please do not hesitate to contact myself on wei...@wmin.ac.uk .
