Any Status Update about the Shivkala Glamour Faridabad Project?

Hi All,

 

I have been informally following the news about the Directors of "Advantage Engineers & Developers, Noida" who were also responsible to develop and build the Shivkala Glamour Project in Faridabad.  Last I have heard was that both the brothers - Mahim Mittal and Asit Mittal - are behind the bars in Delhi Jail, I think since January 2014.

 

In such a case, there is no hope that the project would move at all in any direction. The key question is: "How do we get our initial investments back?" Does anyone in this Google Group wish to give any latest update? 

 

If we get united and chalk out a strategy to get our deposits back, maybe we can move in that direction, inch by inch. I know two other people who are not in this Google Group, but are affected by this bad investment. I can also ask them to join the Group.

 

This is the purpose of this group email so that we first start (revive) discussion on this Google Group, and then meet and set some common objectives.

Hi Piyush,

My dad also invested in this property. We have given 4.5 lakhs to these fraudsters. But there is seems no hope to get that money back. I think their other properties should get attached and auctioned by govt. to return our money back.

Dear Manish, 

The three people (inlcuding me) who invested in Shivkala Project around end-2006 are copied in this email. We all three are now living overseas, and hence, not able to follow much on this matter, but our hard-earned money is wasted in this venture. There seems to be no recovery in sight. 

Has anyone heard lately anything about Mittal Brothers? 

I am not refreshed on any news for the past 18 months (Last I heard was that they are still in Jail.)

I am also victim of this Builder. Flat no. 3102, T-3, 10th Floor allotted to me.

At the same, I came to know, that this flat is also allotted to someone else.

My contact # is 9910155998. If someone have same flat allotted then please contact me immediatly on given number or else provide the second owner number if anyone have. I believe Mr. Sunil Agarwal is the second allottee of this flat.

I had invested about 7 lakhs in December 2006 with this group in the name of Shivkala Glamour Project. Then I used to reside in Gurgaon. I had initiated the above discussion group in June 2014, but afterwards I had moved to Dubai and could not follow the above discussion. So far, there were only 3 responses on this group from the Shivkala developer victims like me. 

Please let me know if anyone of you got any traction (any partial success !) on the matter. Or, if you know any other larger group of such victims, I would be happy to join and chase these fraudsters.
