Hi everyone! Kat here from Ramshackle Army from Oz, getting ourselves ready for the trip over to the US!! Many thanks to everyone for all your support and the exposure you've given us we wouldn't be nearly the place we are in if it wasn't for you guys. So - reason why I'm emailing is to put a bit of a call out if anyone can point us in any directions that would be helpful as far as contacts for some of the shows. We are having to do this whole trip on a very tight budget and are trying to thrifty any way we know how. DKM have been very helpful so far and are doing stuff individually to help us out but don't have the means for us to be included for accommodation and back-line on the shows. We are just grateful for the opportunity. At this stage we are needing help for Atlantic City, Uncasville CT, Huntington NY, and Boston (for gear). The smaller shows we've arranged we've been able to partner with the other incredibly generous bands on the line up. Our thought is perhaps if we could partner up with a local band from the area for possible use of backline in exchange for tickets and if need be some cash, and of course our eternal gratitude. We'd rather see funds that we have go to those guys to say thanks for helping us out than inflated rental fees. Also if anyone has any contacts for possible billeting arrangements or knows of cheap hostels in those areas that would be extremely helpful. Thanks so much for this guys in advance.
