Task List - Baseball and Softball End of Year Cleanup

Hi,

If you can spare an hour or so on Saturday, September 10th, please
join us down at the
Dale Prentiss Field starting at 9:00 AM to help us clean up from this
past season and
to lay the foundation for next season. Here is a list of tasks we
hope to accomplish.

There will be a clothing sale as well. Hope to see you there and

FIELD CLEAN UP
2011

Task/Project:

Clean Dug Outs - all fields
Pull Down and store flag
Seed DP field
Clean and Set Up concession stand.
Remove equipment from cages store equipment and net
Take down and store sponsor banners
Clean out equipment shed
Clean out maintenance shed
Empty and store all trash cans
Remove fencing at playground
Retrieve fencing from Wilde Rd
Mow and weed wack
Scrape and paint CF bleachers
Build floor for new shed at middle fields
