I am new in Magento. I am using Magento1.9 and Shipsync v5. I am facing two problem when I integrate Shipsync in my website.
1. In frontend, When I select country other then India, It does not show Fedex Shipping method. But I can place order in India.
2. In Backend, When I try to create shipment for India by "ship with shipsync", it shows an error "Customs Clearance Details is Required".
Please help me with this problems.
