ERROR: Authentication Failed

Hi guys,

Hoping someone can help me sort through an issue. I'm getting an "ERROR: Authentication Failed" message when attempting to create the shipment. This appears to occur regardless of order status. All rates are pulling correctly and all account information (key, password, meter, account) has been double checked. Site uses both Standard and Smartpost options and again, seems to be pulling all rates correctly.

I'm running Magento ver 1.5.0.1, ShipSync ver 4.1.0.0a and the issue is repeatable on both Mac OSX and Windows 7.

Shipment creation isn't enabled by default for new FedEx services.  You'll need to contact your rep and request that he enable that service for you. .   Generally they'll want you to send a few test labels first.
