I have installed, and get correct rates on front end.
In Production mode.
However, cannot for the life of me find "Ship with ShipSync" on the backend????
Any help is appreciate thank you guys!

Also...When we try to create package, "type" is grayed out, is this part of the issue? please help :(

In most cases this is due to another extension overriding the sales order model before ShipSync. Email me (da...@ecomatics.net) and I can have a look.
