Hey, 

I require a DHL test label for Australia. Why is it so difficult to get receive a test label from shippo. The issue has been going on for weeks, no resolve. I have spoken to your support team and they tell me they cant produce a label for me. There has been so many emails back & forth.  

I dont have a DHL "test" account number I only have a "live" DHL account number. I only see live rates but Im not going to by a label and pay the shipping fee to get a copy of the label. DHL Australia need to see a copy of a shippo produced, DHL label, to see if it has all the correct information on the label. 

The last correspondence I received from shippo was "The engineer working on the issue hasn't been in communication with Mahia
(DHL IT Rep) yet because he is currently working with our rep at Prostar to see about the XML PI login."

I ask for an ETA shippo havent responded. I really need this to move along at light speed, please. It cant be that difficult to get this finalized. Can you prioritise my case.

Hi, I'm Ben working on this with your DHL IT rep. I am actively working with Mahia and our team to figure out the specific requirements that needs to be changed. Unfortunately there are a number of changes that are required to service DHL customers in all markets. This is definitely a priority for us, however until we understand the full scope we can't give you a realistic ETA. Let me follow up with you on the specific details for your case and figure out the next best steps.
