As part of our commitment to provide the best service for our customers, we are constantly finding ways to improve the way we serve our customers.  In order to improve the standard of Shipper service quality, We will do some improvements within the next 1-2 weeks. Improvement will contains:

Changes

1. RBS Order. 

   1. We call the update RBS Order version 3.

   2. To create an RBS order without getting pricing first, You just need to send service_type.

   3. There is no longer rbs_logic = “best_performance/best_price”. This change will update param rbs_logic to optional and service_type from optional to mandatory when creating RBS order without rate_id. If you haven't sent service_type in your request before, you must update your integration.

   4. Performa Terbaik Regular and Paling Hemat Regular rates will no longer be available. We encourage you to use Shipper Regular rate instead/moving forward.

Notes:

1. To create RBS Regular Orders, it is mandatory for you to send service_type = 1 in your request.

2. To create RBS Instant Orders, it is mandatory for you to send service_type = 9 in your request.
