and public holidays, even if utilized + 24hrs TT

When time is interrupted by a weekend or public holiday, time will
recommence at 08:00 hours on the next working day. NOR shall be
tendered during business hours from 08:00 hours until 15:00 hours
Sunday through Thursday with or without pratique having been granted,
berth or no berth. The date and hour of tendering NOR shall determine
the priority of loading provided the NOR is tendered within the 3 day
laycan. The Allowed Laytime shall start to count as follows:

a) where the Vessel tenders NOR before the 3-day Laycan, twenty
four (24) hours after the first day of the 3-day Laycan, commencing at
08:00 hours, even if utilized.

b) where the Vessel tenders NOR within the 3-day Laycan, twenty
four (24) hours after tendering NOR, even if utilized.

c) where the Vessel tenders NOR after the 3-day Laycan, twenty
four (24) hours after commencement of loading, even if utilized.

In each case, if the next day falls on a weekend or a public holiday,
time shall commence from 08:00 hours on the next Working Day following
the holiday/weekend.

Performing Vessel at least 96 hours before the first day of laycan.

- Vessel evaluation for approval will be within 24 hours Friday,
Saturday and Sunday excluded. - Please check the attached file (Vessel
acceptance criteria).

- Any delays, demurrage or other costs arising or resulting from the
Vessel´s failure to comply with the Acceptance Criteria will be at
Owner´s account.

- All costs, delay and/or damage resulting from vessel arriving out of
the laycan shall be for Owner's account.

- Owners to ascertain port restrictions/regulations bends.

- Owner's agent at load port. / Charterer's agent at discharge port GEM

- 3.75 pct ttl com

- All Dues/Taxes on cargo shall be for charterers' account both ends -
except for the TUP at TUF terminal, Santos that MUST be for owns'
account.

- All Dues/Taxes on vessel/freight shall be for owns' account both ends.

- Otherwise as per charterers' proforma standard CP

- Sub stem/rcvs/chrtrs confirmation and vsl's technical approval to be
lifted within 48 hrs Friday, Saturday and Sunday excluded.
