need help cleaning up for Shoken's visit

Dear group,
With Shoken coming this next Sunday we need to get a few things done around the center that we've been putting off. The first is to restuff the zafu's. They are looking like pancakes these days and we really need to fill them up. I might also have some empty shells so we can fill up some new ones.
We need to vacuum and wipe around the center also - a small job - and figure out how we're going to set up for lunch. Remember Sunday is a potluck and Erika's bringing veggie chili and I'm bring some appetizers and ice cream and so we can use some salad's, some corn bread?, some deserts, etc. Let's have fun.
So Friday from 9 a.m. till about noon, we'll be working on these tasks. If you're off on Friday and have some time, PLEASE HELP! We need you!
Also a member of our group has been having some bad luck lately and could really use our help. I don't think he's eating very good so if you can bring something that we can put in a box and quietly give him, that would be great. There are a lot of chili's in cans and frozen dinner type things and juices in bottles and bread type things and peanut butter and jelly, etc. Be creative.
