pdftools package needs poppler-cpp. How do I get this on shinyapps.io?

Looking to add the pdftools package when deploying an app on shinyapps.io

Package poppler-cpp was not found in the pkg-config search path.

Perhaps you should add the directory containing `poppler-cpp.pc'

to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable

 * deb: libpoppler-cpp-dev (Debian, Ubuntu, etc)

 * rpm: poppler-cpp-devel (Fedora, CentOS, RHEL)

 * csw: poppler_dev (Solaris)

 * brew: poppler (Mac OSX)

If poppler-cpp is already installed, check that 'pkg-config' is in your

PATH and PKG_CONFIG_PATH contains a poppler-cpp.pc file. If pkg-config

is unavailable you can set INCLUDE_DIR and LIB_DIR manually via:

R CMD INSTALL --configure-vars='INCLUDE_DIR=... LIB_DIR=...'

App works locally on Windows with pdftools loaded but cannot find poppler-cpp.pc even if I knew what to with it

It looks to me that there is an operating system dependency that needs to be installed.  

Would you mind filing an issue here: https://github.com/rstudio/shinyapps-package-dependencies 

for libpoppler-cpp-dev?
