terminate shiny instance

Hi,

I have the problem that I cannot deploy the my apps anymore. I get the error:

Error: /v1/applications/17201/deploy 409 - Unable to deploy application-17201: 1 tasks in progress.

Error: /v1/applications/18689/deploy 409 - Unable to deploy application-18689: 1 tasks in progress.

Could you please write my how to do this or terminate the apps for me?

Hi Josef,

I am also having same issue, i have posted issue no luck yer still looking in google for answers...

to terminate use below command, but you may get same error

 

terminateApp('your app name')

thanks for the fast replay.

I already tried terminateApp with the same result...

However now it is working again? I could deploy the app without any issues. I don't know if someone reset my app or if the server resets it after a while.

At least it is working now again.

We had an outage this morning which impacted all calls to the service, applications that were up were fine, but any other operation was impacted.  Apologies for the outage, we will be looking at the root cause and taking steps to minimize the risk of a recurrence.
