Can't access account or previously deployed app

I can't seem to access a previously deployed app via the web, or log in to my account to check what has happened. Logging in takes me to the registration page only. The app was at https://lmwebr.shinyapps.io/CRISPR_Cas9_mix_calc/. Is there a problem with my account, or is this a temporary issue on the hosting side? Thanks.

Note I have now also received the following error, after trying to load the app a few more times (usually it just gets stuck loading though):

I had today a similar issue, it was appearing randomly and now my app does not work (it is stuck on the Please Wait),

Great, thanks for your help. My app is working fine again (https://lmwebr.shinyapps.io/CRISPR_Cas9_mix_calc/).

However I'm still having problems logging into my shinyapps.io account. After I log in with my Github or Google account, it takes me to the registration page, and gets stuck there. If I click on Dashboard or Applications in the menu, it takes me back to Registration and asks me to accept the terms of use again. I also can't re-register the same username "lmwebr".

I didn't log in for a few weeks before yesterday, so maybe there is an issue with account inactivity?

Lukas,

There are no timeouts on accounts today.  I just looked up the account you registered with for that application and it is another gmail account than the one here.  If you try to sign in with that through Google auth you will probably get through just fine.

Email me privately if you need that email address.
