Long "Pending" status

Hello- I deployed earlier today (about four hours ago) but my app is still showing as status "pending" under my shinyapps.io dashboard.

After waiting an hour or so, I tried update.packages() to ensure I didn't have anything obsolete and redeployed, but nothing was different.

Here is the complete screen dump from my (re)deploy:

I see now that the manifest file error mentioned at the end of the log is in fact fatal, having successfully deployed a separate app.  I hadn't realized that one could deploy to 'pending' with such an issue, indefinitely so, apparently.

Still, I could use help diagnosing the manifest parsing issue; I have no .xlsx file that I'm attempting to upload as part of the app.

I apologize for the multiple post.

It looks like there is an oddly named xlsx file in your data directory.  Would you mind picking a name that doesn't have those "~" or "$" in it and seeing if that gets you past the issue?
