Shinyapps.io for commercial use

Hi,

I am looking to deploy R shiny application on the web. I am not sure about the security of Shinyapp.io. I have following questions:

1. Would my uploaded code and data would be safe?

2. Can I use it to distribute to client? Any legal issues?
