how do I change my shinyapps.io user profile picture?

Is there a way to upload a picture for my profile on shinyapps.io ?  It seems I have the default grey silhouette, or is that all there is?  Thank you

I'm not sure we've documented this anywhere, but the profile pictures are from http://www.gravatar.com/.
