deployApp() hanging

Hello!

deployApp() is showing the following message and dashboard shows app in pending state for the last 30 mins or so. Anyone else facing the same issue?

Yes, I have the same promlem, none of my apps get deploed.

My application is pending after it was hanging for a very long time I killed it in Rstudio but cannot redeploy. The number is 13138.
