ShinyApps.io Not Loading

[phill...@gmail.com]

For the last several hours this morning, I have been unable to access my apps hosted on shinyapps.io

e.g. https://phillc.shinyapps.io/longest-losing

The link just times out.

I am able to log into my shinyapps.io account to access the dashboard.

Choosing a random example found on showmeshiny.com also fails to load.

e.g. http://juliomulero.shinyapps.io/problemas

Is everyone experiencing this behaviour?

Is there a defined process for reporting these types of problems? (besides posting on here)

[Layne Vashro]

I am having the same issue.  I have three apps, all of which worked fine until this morning but now will not load.

[le...@de.ufpe.br]

Same problem here. Shinyapps.io not loading.

[phill...@gmail.com]

Seems to be back up in last couple of minutes.

[Tareef Kawaf]

Apologies all, we had an issue with our load balancing system that will require some work to resolve.   We believe we understand the underlying issue and will look to put a solution out in the coming week.

We appreciate your patience with us as we work through those kinks.
