Hi

I've just published my app on ShinyApp.  Very exciting!

These are the problems I have:

1. page "Introduction"  My sankey diagram does not show.  It shows running the app on my laptop or publishing on my Shiny Server locally though.  I get a javascript error (visible on the page):
[Error] SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier "NA"
dispatchMessage (shiny.js, line 812)
onmessage (shiny.js, line 539)
onmessage (shiny-server-pro.js, line 346)
dispatchEvent (sockjs-0.3.min.js, line 27)
_dispatchMessage (sockjs-0.3.min.js, line 27)
_didMessage (sockjs-0.3.min.js, line 27)
onmessage (sockjs-0.3.min.js, line 27)
dispatchEvent (sockjs-0.3.min.js, line 27)
onchunk (sockjs-0.3.min.js, line 27)
emit (sockjs-0.3.min.js, line 27)
onreadystatechange (sockjs-0.3.min.js, line 27)

2. the page /Crime Analysis/heat map/ has an error.  This is actually a bug of shiny (I believe) that I've reported in the shiny mailing list.

The app is here:

Please let me know!

Again: shiny and ShinyApps are FANTASTIC products!

Thanks Enzo

One more issue reported by one of my users: charts / graphs do to work with IE8 or IE9, but only with Firefox 12.

I thought that IE9 was certified for Shiny Server?

Thanks Enzo

I managed to fix the problem with the sankey chart with
options(shiny.transcode.json = FALSE)   - from an old post on the Shiny Server mailing list
in the server.R.   It is confusing as it is different behaviour depending if you are in rstudio desktop / rstudio server and shiny and shinyapp.
Thanks!

Any chance to get some help on the map issue

It looks the problem is that the browser is blocking javascript calls to non-https scripts. You need to make sure you're loading any javascript via https.
