When I try and upload a file to my app on shinyapps, the progress bar turns red and displays: <!DOCTYPE HTML> <html lang - "en"><head>

I've tried this with my own app as well as this app from the gallery and still get the same error: https://gallery.shinyapps.io/uploadfile/j

Is it a problem with the file? It's a .csv.

Can you send along a link to your application, and the output of sessionInfo() please?

David,
Does your application get sent up to the server? Would you mind sending along both the output of sessionInfo(), along with the log of the output of the deployApp command please?
Thanks,
-Tareef

The app works fine locally on my computer, and uploads with deployApp() without issues. In the cloud everything works as long as I use very small input files. Specifically, I can only upload very small files (e.g. 7KB), and the uploader fails at even 83K csv files. The problem is replicated on the file upload demo site here: http://shiny.rstudio.com/gallery/upload-file.html. I can upload this file, which is 7KB, but not the one I actually want to use, which is 391K. The file structures are the same--the second one just has more rows of data. The larger one gives an error, which I can read on the javascript console: "requesty (sic) body in temp file not supported." It does the same thing in Chrome and IE for me. Is this a limitation on my account at shinyapp.io? I can't find out anything about that on the site. Screen caps below.

This issue should be fixed now (Thanks to Chad). It was a setting on the server that was too low. Please give it a try.
