Accessing my shiny apps

Hello everyone,

I have created two shiny apps that I can access from my local machine at https://www.shinyapps.io/dashboard .
However, I cannot access them from other machines even if I used the URL provided by shinyapps.io.
Is this a normal thing or am I doing something wrong?
I would like other internet users to be able to access those apps but don't know how I can do that?
