Regain access to shiny app developed by ex-developer

We're unable to access our shiny up at https:/redacted.shinyapps.io/ecommerce-performance/
because our past developers (who no longer works for us) had access credentials, and never
 bothered to transfer them to us.

How can our company regain access to our dashboard.
