Timeout during publish (Error: Unhandled Exception: HTTP 599: Timeout)

Hello,

I've been trying to publish an app today, but it fails with the following message:

Error: Unhandled Exception: HTTP 599: Timeout
Execution halted

I get this both with a new version of the app, a version which I've previously uploaded and with the demo app that RStudio produces.  The error has persisted for several hours now.

I am having the exact same error:

We experienced an incident this morning with one of our API servers hanging which caused requests that were routed to it to timeout.

This has been resolved and we are investigating the underlying cause.

Our apologies, but the service should be functioning normally again.

I've just had a successful deployment, so the problem has been fixed for me.
