Erreur : Command failed (65535)

I'm trying to install the shiny apps package from github, but I keep getting this error. I can't find any documentation on this error code.

> devtools::install_github("rstudio/shinyapps")

Locale information:

If works on my American Rstudio, but not my French Rstudio. Note: I reset all the Sys.locale from France to the US and this still doesn't work.

I see you are on Windows. Do you have RTools for Windows installed?

Is your other version of RStudio running the same version of R?

I haven't specifically tested the shinyapps package with 2.15.

I just updated to "R version 3.0.3 (2014-03-06)"

and I am getting the same result:
