Unable to update application --Error: /v1/applications/14514/deploy 409 - Unable to deploy application-14514: 1 tasks in progress.

Hi, When I try to update my shiny application, R tells me that there is a task in progress. Then I go to shinyapp.io and I see that the status of my app is pending. Is there a way to stop a task in progress? This is preventing me from updating my app.

Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated.
