About ShinyApps support package problem

I recently engaged in research on the Chinese text mining.I have to use package(tmcn) and package(Rwordseg).How can I make these two do not belong to the official website of the package becomes app can operate?

I know Li Jian prefers R-Forge over Github, but currently we only
support Github, CRAN, and BioC. If he can move his packages to Github,
your problem will be solved.
