Error reading in csv file using read.table

Hi there,

I'm having a problem with an app that I've created which takes a CSV file upload via fileInput, and uses read.table to create a data.frame to do all sorts of things.

The app works locally, and on a shiny server on our network, but when I deploy the app to shinyapps.io it breaks.

Seems that the file is uploaded fine but that when read.table runs the data set is returned empty.

I've checked with different csv files above and below 1mb, and I've double checked that the code on all servers etc are the same version. The other mystery is that the app was working a couple of days ago. Also, no errors are being written to the JS console.

Any ideas on bug fixing would be appreciated.

Could you include the URL to your application please?
Do you know what instance size you are using?

Hi Tareef,

The URL is 

https://strategicservicesapac.shinyapps.io/RIExportAnalysis/

You'll need a username, password, to log in, and a datafile to re-produce though. Happy to PM if necessary.
