Inconsistency in shiny application in displaying graphs

Hi everyone,   

                   My R shiny application has a graph display in panel problem in one of the tab..But the weird thing is it, it works fine once in a while but not the other time. Tried different browser cleared the cache  everything but nothing works. While working once in a while it has no specific reason too. Any suggestion will be helpful thanks
