Hello,

I am trying to build an application using the shiny hosting service. This application uses the raster package to import and display a NetCDF file. The raster package imports this kind of files with the ncdf4 package (http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ncdf4/). I have tried to install it without success because it requires the netcdf library version 4.1 or later, which is unavailable at the host server. Is there any solution to have the ncdf4 package working?

Thanks!

Oscar.

Hi -

I've installed the necessary package on glimmer and spark (netcdf-bin), so ncdf4 should install now.
