[Shinken-devel] Freezing time for 2.4!

This is a simple email to let you know that Shinken master branch is now
in "freeze". As we mentionned in a previous message, the last month
before the release is dedicated to bug fixes. 2.4 release should be
March 31 so this is the last month.
As far as I know, we don't have a release name for 2.4, I hope Jean will
manage to find some time to do so :)
Changelog and version will be updated soon in order to prepare the real
release. The 2.4 version is mainly about code cleaning (pep8, setup.py,
windows folder deletion), code stabilization (bug fix) and a bit of
documentation.
