meeting for bandstand event in western park

salam/ hello shiners

 

i am trying to organise a planning meeting for the yearly event held in western park for environment week.

This year we have booked the bandstand for sunday 10th june 11-2pm.

We need ideas and help with events for the day .

 

One suggestion was to meet up bank holiday monday(7th may at midday, Nu base) for 1 hour. If you would like to be involved please let me know, if a different time/day is better please contact me asap.

The event is a family event and so help with kids activities, food etc, as well as new ideas would be great.
