PeopleSoft System Security Specialist - working within Security team to support system security as well as supporting end user help desk ticket processes.
The primary responsibility of the PeopleSpft System Security Specialist is to ensure that all financial/human resource system security request processing is completed based on policy and procedures.  Additionally, this resource will be required to process the end user help desk tickets by distributing them to the correct module, and uploading them to an access database for the team to work them. This resource will be expected to perform add/update/removal tasks for security access and resolve help desk tickets related to security, workflow and some technical issues as assigned to the Security Team.  Resource will also participate in monthly, quarterly and annual security reviews.
 
Required Skills

-          2 years Experience with PeopleSoft Security Module and processes

-          2 years Help Desk management experience
