Tax issue

Hello,

First of all congratulations for your effort to develop a free an open source web hosting billing application.

After some modifications of some files I could finally install shineisp

I modified some aspects of the apps to suit my needs but I have the following issues:

Tax.
The sales tax of my country is 18%

-When placing an order and the app goes to fill user data the default country is Italy, how could I change default country to other country different to Italy?

-I would like to set up products without taxes but when the order is placed with an address of the default country the corresponding sales taxes (18%) will be added to the total of the order.

-For orders outside default country no sales taxes will be added to the total order.

is it possible to configure shineisp as requested above?

Any ideas or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
