Downloading ZIP files ... getting 0 bytes

to ShiftEdit - Web based IDE
On both Windows and Chromebook, I'm trying to download a ZIP file. The files on the server are ~24MB, but they download as 0.
The issue is with ShiftEdit and not the file. I can use other methods to download the file with no issue. Did something change in the past day or so? This never failed me before.

Nothing has changed in the last day or so but I will test also.

Which server type is this? and is turbo mode enabled?
