I cannot load ShiftEdit - getting error message

I am trying to load ShiftEdit and am getting this error:

ShiftEdit

Something went wrong :(

Try refreshing or check the console for errors (Ctrl-Shift-j)

I cleared cookies and temp files from Chrome... I rebooted my computer.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

I tried it in Internet Explorer 11 and got the same error.

I tried it in Chrome Incognito and it worked...  Go figure

Sounds like a cache issue in chrome.

From the shiftedit tab open dev tools - ctrl-shift-j

Go to application -> Clear Storage -> Clear site data.

Then try again..

Quick question: Can we disable that little "Open" thingy that floats around on screen near links? It's very annoying.
