Unable to duplicate files on FTP connection

In the Legacy release, I used to do this all the time.  Right-click a file, goto Edit -> Duplicate.  It doesn't seem to work for me in the Stable release.

I get a dialog that says:

Failed Putting .... 

[object Object]

It works fine for me.

Are you duplicating a file, folder or what?

Also what server type are you using e.g. ftp.
