[Shib-Users] IdP Error no login context available

Hello,

I have shibboleth 2.1.2 with tomcat6 and apache2 on a suse sles11
installed. When I try to test an user login I get an Error: *Error
Message: Invalid IdP URL (HTTP 404).
idp-process.log shows the following:

In handler.xml is only the login handler "UsernamePassword" active.

Can anybody help me?

The error msg text has changed slightly apparently, but this is covered
