Reporting to: Head-CF & A
Education: CA/MBA (Fin.)/ CFA (USA)/ Masters in Corporate Finance
Experience: Post qualification relevant experience: 5 to 10 years
1) JD
· Establishment of global best practices and process for transactions related to Capital markets such as IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private placements
· Preparation of mandate proposals, client meetings and presentation
· Structuring, valuation and execution of all types of capital market related transactions such as:
Ø IPOs and Rights issue
Ø Right issues
Ø Mergers and Acquisitions
Ø Capital restructuring
Ø Private placement of equities and debt
2) JD
Establishment of global best practices and process for Project Finance advisory services
Preparation of mandate proposals, client meetings and presentation
Structuring and execution of Project finance advisory and Infrastructure advisory mandates
Raising equity and debt
Project Appraisal
Financial due diligence
Feasibility studies
Financial modeling
