'Life of I - a transformative digital storytelling workshop' is an introductory micro workshop for anyone with limited or no storytelling experience to gain a basic understanding of the what, why, and the how of digital storytelling.
Today, storytelling is fast becoming one of the most important communication tools. Evolving technology, computers and mobile devices make it easier than ever for us to tell our personal or professional stories visually.

TRAINER'S BIO
Filmmaker Azfar Rizvi (@AzfarRizvi) has worked with Emmy and Oscar-winning producers across 4 continents. As a trained news producer, Azfar's content production work encompasses social justice documentary filmmaking and current/infotainment productions. His freelance work has been broadcast on international television networks like CNN, National Geographic, Al-Jazeera, and Dawn News. He has collaborated with and produced content for organisations including the Toronto Foundation, TED Charter For Compassion, Luminato Festival, World Wildlife Fund, UNHCR, UN MDG5 and the British Council.
Recipient of the Mayoral commendation for his work, Azfar is the 2012 OMDC HotDocs Toronto Mentorship Fellow. His work can be viewed at his website here.
